Chef Jason Sampson brought his talent, tattoos and passion for the industry to our Bistro in 2013. Jason goes back to the classic styles of French and Italian when in the kitchen. In August 2013 Jason earned a position as Local Chef in Cape Breton’s Unique Foodie Adventure ‘Right Some Good’.
Chef Kyle MacLeod joined our team in 2014. Graduating from the Culinary Institute of Canada, Holland College in 2011, Kyle has worked in a variety of well respected kitchens in PEI, Nova Scotia and Nantucket, USA, serving many celebrities, athletes and politicians along the way. He was selected as junior chef in the Right Some Good Foodie Adventure. His love of ‘local product’ is always forefront in his mind when planning the next dish. His high energy and intense spirit collide to transform food into art.
